At Sunshine Primary Care we provide Medical Student preceptorship along with Physician Assistant Students and Nurse Practitioner  Students Preceptorship.

Dr Kashlan is a skilled mentor with years of clinical experience. 

We provide a hands-on clinical experience with direct instruction, supervision, and guidance to our future health care professionals in a real-world practice setting. 

What to Expect: 

 Practicing clinicians act as teachers, role models, coaches, and evaluators who guide students through patient interactions, clinical reasoning, and professional socialization.

Programs could include early preclinical years (such as first- or second-year shadowing or introductory blocks) or during later clinical rotations and Supervised Clinical Practice Experiences
